When you use Rednote Call Widget, we collect the following data: Business Name, First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Mobile Number.

Rednote is collecting basic information’s which is mentioned above and stored in our database. This data will be used to create an account in Rednote CRM.
2. SENSITIVE INFORMATIONS
2.1 What Sensitive information’s We Collect
When you use Rednote Call Widget, we collect user's contact and their call log with user’s consent.
2.2 Why We Collect Sensitive information
When incoming call received, we will check with our CRM database and show them the name of organization in their login. This function will work for new numbers only not for saved contacts. To check the number is known or unknown, we get contact access.
Rednote has a screen to show call history. This screen will be synchronized with our CRM and show them a Lead details.
Note: We will not store contacts and call history in our database.

Rednote will not share any user's basic information’s and sensitive data to anyone.
