SaaS Subscription Refunds

We offer a 30-day refund window for new SaaS subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied, you may request a refund within the first 30 days of your initial purchase.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 1. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the initial payment.
  • 2. Only applicable to first-time purchases (not renewals or upgrades).
  • 3. The refund applies to monthly or annual plans but not to customized enterprise plans.

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • 1. Refund requests after 30 days.
  • 2. Renewals, mid-term cancellations, or partial refunds for unused service.
  • 3. Accounts suspended due to policy violations.
  • 4. Extensive usage, such as data extraction, integration, or bulk processing.

On-Premise Software Refunds

On-premise software requires dedicated installation, customization, and support. Due to the nature of this deployment, refunds are not available after installation.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 1. Refund requests can be made before installation and activation if submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  • 2. If the software has a critical defect that prevents basic functionality, and our support team cannot resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • 1. Refunds after installation, deployment, or customization.
  • 2. Issues caused by hardware incompatibility, third-party integrations, or user misconfiguration.
  • 3. Change of mind or business decision after purchase.
